Patate e prosciutto
What I love most about Italian cuisine is how such few ingredients can produce big flavours. Moreish and yummy! I prefer prosciutto Di San Daniele but Parma ham is good too #Italian #potatoes #lunch #dinner
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes in their jackets. Leave to cool. Then peel and slice. Wrap each piece in a slice of prosciutto and put on a baking tray
* Step 2
Add a bit of fresh rosemary on top of each. Bake at 200 for about 12-15 mins
