Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Carefully using a mandolin, slice the courgette lengthwise. Wrap each prawn on a slice and put on a kebab stick - tip - soak sticks in water for a min before using to stop them from burning
* Step 2
Add each prawn wrapped in courgettes to the kebab sticks. Drizzle each side with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and fine breadcrumbs. Place on a baking tray and bake at 220 for 10 mins
