Fried egg and bacon sarnie

One of my students asked me what my favourite sandwich was recently. It didn't take me long to think about my answer! I then just had to make it. Great for breakfast, brunch, lunch or snack. Just don't count the calories! #onerecipeonetree #sandwich #breakfast #brunch #lunch #snack

Ingredient

Knob

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt a knob of butter in a pan. Cook bacon to your liking. When cooked, push to one side to fry the bread

* Step 2

In a separate pan add another knob of butter and fry egg to your liking. Brown bread on both sides

* Step 3

Put a slice of bread on a plate, add the bacon, add the egg and second slice of bread. Enjoy with a cuppa 😀
