Sword fish with vegetable

This recipe is my own creation all vegetables are from my garden. I twisted them with the marinated sword fish.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 persons

Cooking time :

30 minutes
100 grams

squash

200 grams

eggplant

200 grams

squash flower

4 cloves

garlic

1 tablespoon

Flour

2 cups

Water

2 tablespoon

oystersauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the flour into 1 cup water and set aside

* Step 2

Sauté onion followed by garlic.

* Step 3

Add the squash into the pan. After 2 minutes add the eggplant.

* Step 4

Add the 1 cup water. Let it boil, when squash and eggplant are soft add the 1 cup water with four to make the soup thick. Add the oyster sauce then stir. After 1 minute add the squash flower.let it boil for 1 minute.

* Step 5

Top the grilled sword fish. Serve with rice.
