linguine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Fry garlic and chilli in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add calamari and turn up the heat. Add courgettes, cook for 1 min. Add wine and let it evaporate.

Add the tomatoes now, turn the heat down low. Simmer for about 15 mins while you cook the pasta. Remove garlic at the end of cooking time. Drain al dente, add to sauce. Mix well
