Zucchine, ham and scamorza parmigiana

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, slice and dry the zucchine well. Fry in a little oil until brown. Set a side
* Step 2
Preheat oven to 180. Dice up the cheese. In an oven proof baking tray, add some passata, zucchine, both cheeses
* Step 3
Then add the ham. Continue until all ingredients are finished. Last layer should be passata and Parmesan
* Step 4
Bake for about 40 mins. Leave to rest for about 10 minutes before serving 😊
