Lasagna di pane carasau e ragú

Wonderful lasagna and so easy to make. Great for Sunday lunch for friends and family. #myfavouriterecipe #Italian #lasagna #sundaylunch #dinner #mainmeal

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry carrots, onions and celery in a little oil until soft. Add the mushrooms and sausage and cook until meat is browned and the mushrooms release their water. Then add wine and let it evaporate. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper, 50 ml of stock and simmer for about 45 mins

* Step 2

Preheat oven to 180. Add rest of stock to a tray. Dip a piece of bread in the stock and put in another tray. Add ragú and some cheese. Dip another piece of bread in the stock, add on top, add ragú and cheese. Continue until ingredients uses up

* Step 3

Pour any remaining stock all over the final layer. Add Parmesan and bake for about 30 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving 😊
