Alici Fritti Deep Fried Anchiovies

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ask your fish monger to 'clean' the fish, by removing the heads and gutting them. Wash with plenty of water and dry well with kitchen paper. Heat a good amount of oil in a wok. In batches, cover in flour and shake off excess
* Step 2
Deep fry for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
* Step 3
Serve with lemon and a sprinkle of salt
