Tramezzini di caprino e bresaola
These are delicious little open sandwiches! We went to the mountains last weekend and stopped in a farm shop to get some local cheese and meat. Among other things, we bought goat's cheese and bresaola. Bresaola is cured beef. Very very tasty! #italian #starter
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the bread into triangles. Get the bresaola ready
* Step 2
Chop some chives and mix into the cheese
* Step 3
Arrange the bread nicely. Put some cheese on top
* Step 5
Finish with more chopped chives to decorate
