Private chef howie: sour veggie fish
This is famous dish from Chinese community.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Use 1 pack of sour veggie, fine chop it and boil in water for a while, drain it and wash with fresh running water.
* Step 2
Slice fresh fish fillet into thin pieces, marinate with 1x egg white, a dash of soy sauce, a dash of cooking wine and bit of salt.
* Step 3
Mince 4 gloves of garlic, 5 slices of ginger without skin and 2 small red chillies.
* Step 4
Put some oil on frying pan, fry garlic and ginger until aromatic, add in the sour veggie, fry until aromatic.
* Step 5
Add in one big bowl of water, boiling it, put in the slice fish fillet.
* Step 6
Put in a dash of sesame oil, 2 cupful of cooking wine, add tiny bit of salt to taste.
* Step 7
Here you have it, the sour veggie fish!
