Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean the fish and cut the slits in the fish

Add turmeric powder

Add some lemon juice

Add chilli powder

Add some pepper and cumin powder

Marinate for 1/2an hour

In grilled tray,put the aluminum foil cover and add some oil to the surface.

Put in the fish on the aluminum foil.

Set the temp at the oven at 375c preheat for 10min.place the tray in the oven for 25min.

When the fish is cooked remove from the oven.

Grilled pampano fish is ready to serve with mayonnaise.
