Cheetos Chicken Nuggets:

Cheetos Chicken Nuggets:

Easy to make and good to eat nuggets. And you can freeze them too.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add ground chicken 
Add garlic powder, onion powder, red chilli powder, salt, and pepper and mix well. The chicken mixture will be sticky, It's ok. Set in the fridge to chill for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, add salt and pepper set aside. Take some bread crumbs + Cheetos crumbs on a large plate. Also, keep baking sheet or large trays to set prepared nuggets.

🌻Roll Out nuggets:

Grease hands with oil and roll out small from ground chicken mixture balls. Coat each ball with bread crumbs. This will make balls firm enough to handle.

* Step 5

Now shapes the balls into squares or circles with your hands. Dip each nugget in beaten egg and then again in crumbs.

🌻FRYING METHOD:

For frying, throw few nuggets directly in hot oil. Do not crowd the wok and fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.  Then increase heat and fry for another 2 minutes until golden. Do not overcook, that will make the nuggets dry. Take out on a kitchen towel and serve hot with any dip or ketchup.

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Liberally spray the nuggets with cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes. Flip each one halfway through.

* Step 10

🌻Air fryer Method:

* Step 11

Preheat air fryer to 180°C / 350°F, if your air fryer requires preheating. Arrange Cheetos chicken nuggets on an air fryer tray. Spray with olive oil or vegetable oil (this is important to prevent burning!). In Air fry cooking for 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
