Turnip and Mixed Vegetable Curry
Quick and easy vegetable curry made using a variety of vegetables and a simple selection of spices.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil in a pot and add the onions. Fry until they begin to become translucent
Add the garlic, chillis, and spices along with 1/3 cup of water. Fry for a few moments - up to 2 minutes.
* Step 2
Add tomatoes and fry well till all tomatoes cooked well.
Add all the vegetables (Turnip,peas, carrots,and green peas fry well about 4-5 minutes then add 1 cup boiled water.
* Step 3
Turn the heat to low, put the lid on and allow the vegetables to simmer until they are done - about 20-25 minutes or until soft all vegetables.
Sprinkle some garam masala when the vegetables are cooked
Turn heat off and garnish with coriander.
* Step 4
Serve with roti,rice,naan or pitta bread.
