Using all of the Pineapple!

Using every part of the Pineapple accentuates its benefits.

Ingredient

12 hours

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the Pineapple. Top and tail it, peel, and remove core (cut into quarters to do this)

* Step 2

Put the core and rind into a pan with 1 tbsp of cinnamon

* Step 3

Cover and Boil (for 1 hour)

* Step 4

Slice the Pineapple flesh and put in the dehydrator.

* Step 5

When the core and peel have boiled for 1hour.... Whizz up and sieve through a muslin cloth.
