Dip #1 Tomato, Pepperoni, Mushroom, Onion
On a low carb diet and saw in Lidl they had a baking Camembert with a tomato sauce. I picked it up but looking at the ingredients, it had added sugar.... Of course it did. So, I made my own which I'm sure couldn't actually get any better!!
Ingredient
Food ration :
1-2 servings
Cooking time :
20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely chop onions and Pepperoni, fry on low-medium heat with butter.
* Step 2
Finely chop mushrooms and tomato
* Step 3
Add to pan and continue to fry on low-medium
* Step 4
Add tomato puree & 1/2 cup water stir and allow to simmer for 5-10 mins until reduced.
* Step 5
The dip is done!
Serve warm or refrigerate for cold dip.
* Step 6
Serve as a side with keto bread sticks and celery.
