Celeriac Mash

Ingredient

Nutmeg

1/4 TSP

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, roughly chop and boil the Celeriac in a pan until soft.

* Step 2

Meanwhile, prepare Ginger and Garlic.

* Step 3

Strain Celeriac and return to heat with added butter, garlic, ginger, nutmeg & chilli flakes. Fry for a few mins continuously stirring.

* Step 4

Add cream cheese and whizz to a puree with a hand blender.

* Step 5

Enjoy alone or as a side dish.
