Chicken Quesadillas

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate your chicken with spice of choice and cover for 2 hours. In a pan, add oil, then and chicken and cook (grill) both side for approximately 5-7 minutes each. Then cut into small pieces.
* Step 2
Add oil in a pan, then add sliced onions and garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes and add green bell pepper and stir for 3 minutes. Keep aside
* Step 3
Get your tortilla and put your grated cheese
* Step 4
Then add onions mix and chicken. Then add some more cheese
* Step 5
Fold tortilla and add in a pan and cook for 3 minutes.
* Step 6
Cut and serve and enjoy 😋
