Nigerian egg rolls
This is one of the famous street food in Nigeria. I so much love egg rolls and I enjoyed it more when I made it.
Ingredient

Makes 6 egg rolls

30 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare all your ingredients and let’s go😁💃🏽
* Step 2
In a bowl, add milk, sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and baking powder.
* Step 3
Add butter and mix until crumb like
* Step 4
Add beaten egg, vanilla extract and water and mix.
* Step 5
Knead on a clean surface for 10 mins to form a dough, cover dough with cling film and allow to rest for 15 mins.
* Step 7
After dough has finished resting, get it and knead again for 1 min
* Step 8
Roll out and cut into equal sizes
* Step 9
Flatten dough on hand and put egg
* Step 10
Gently wrap it up and mould to round shape.
* Step 11
Heat oil on medium heat and fry until golden brown
* Step 12
My own got too dark because my fire was high so fry on low or medium heat. Enjoy😋😋
