Fish pie

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, add flour, salt and butter
* Step 3
Add in one egg and add water.
* Step 4
Mix to form a dough. Knead dough for 5 mins.
* Step 5
Divide dough into two, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator and allow the dough to rest for 30 mins.
* Step 6
While dough it’s resting, we will make our fillings. Wash mackerel fish and put in pot, add water, seasoning cube and chili flakes and cook for 10 mins.
* Step 7
Once fish is cooked, debone and flake fish
* Step 8
Add oil in a pan, add onions and scotch bonnet. Sauté for 3 mins.
* Step 9
Add flaked fish, seasoning cube and stir for 5 mins. Then turn off heat and allow to cool
* Step 10
Get your dough and knead for 1 minute then divide dough into pieces. Roll it out
* Step 11
Use a square object to cut it. You can cut it to your desired choice
* Step 12
Then add in filling, cover and use a fork to press edges. Arrange on a baking tray, egg wash and bake in a pre heated oven for 25 mins. Enjoy😋
