Carrot cake with chocolate ganache
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel ur carrots and put d carrot, egg and vegetable oil in a blender and blend.
* Step 2
Sift ur flour, sugar and baking powder. Pour the carrot,vanilla, egg mixture into d flour and mix. Grease ur pan at 180 celcius for 45 minutes.
* Step 3
For the ganache, get a clean pot, put d sugar, cocoa powder,milk and butter. Turn on low heat and stir. When it starts boiling stir for a minute and turn off heat. Pour it over ur cake.
