French Onion Soup

French Onion Soup is a classic one and I stuck to traditional cuisine.

Prep -10 mins, Cook-20 mins, Bake-5 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash onion, slice, chop garlic.
* Step 2
In a pan add butter and melt, add onion slice and on low flame cook covered to caramelise
* Step 4
Add bay leaves, salt, black pepper and garlic and cool uncovered to caramelise
* Step 6
In a heavy bottomed wok add pig trigger, shallots, garlic bulb, thyme, rosemary, tarragon, chicken wings, white wine and soya sauce, cook to simmer
* Step 7
When it’s half, strain and add to a bowl, add caramelised onions, add baguette slices, gruyere grated and bake for 5 mins
* Step 8
Add more gruyere grated and enjoy hot
