double cream
1/4 cup
gulkand
1/4 cup
condensed milk
1/4 cup
rose syrup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk double cream until stiff peaks seen
* Step 2
Add condensed milk and whisk again
* Step 3
Add gulkund and mix with a spatula, add rosemary syrup and mix again
* Step 4
Add on to a baking tin and top with more gulkand. Freeze 24 hrs
* Step 5
Take scoops and add onto earthen bowl. Enjoy 😊
