2-3 tsp

Rum

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add 1/4 cup double cream, castor sugar, cocoa powder and whisk until soft peaks form

* Step 2

Add rest of the cream and whisk well, add rum and fold well

* Step 3

In a bowl add milk and take one Marie biscuit at a time and dip for 1 min and set aside

* Step 4

In a serving plate add half of the cream mix, add on one biscuit and add onto another then place to each other tight like a log, pour rest of the cream on it. Refrigerate for 6 hrs
