Grilled szechuan pork chops with black rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, mix all spices together.
In a container place the pork chops and add the spices mixture. Let it marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or in refrigerator for 2 hours.
* Step 2
Heat up a charcoal griddle or a top stove griddle. Brown the pork chops on both sides until completely cooked. Use the marination left over to bast the pork chops while grilling.
* Step 3
Wash the rice with cold water.
In a small cooking pot, place the rice and water. Bring it to a boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for about 40 minutes or until rice is cooked.
* Step 4
Heat up the vegetable oil in a frying pan, stir fry onion and garlic. Add the vegetales and stir fry al dente. Add the cooked rice and mix with the vegetables.
Serve the pork chops with the black rice.
