Egg Tortilla

#GoldenApron23 I chose to make my lunch with Egg Tortilla. Such a versatile recipe

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

Prep time-5 mins, Cooking time-45 mins
1.5 cups

Maida

1/3 cup

milk powder

1/3 cup

cornflour

2 Tbsp

oil

1 sprig

spinach

1 Tbsp

feta cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For Tortilla - in a bowl add Maida, corn flour, milk powder, baking powder, salt and mix.

Add oil and gradually add water to make a dough. Cover for 15 mins. Make balls.

* Step 3

Sprinkle flour on surface and knead again after resting. Sprinkle flour and roll out with a rolling pin as thin as possible. Keep aside after done

* Step 4

Heat a Tawa and add the Tortilla, roast for 2 mins and flip sides. Roast until done.

Set aside and cover

For Egg Tortilla - in a bowl break eggs and whisk, wash the spinach and set aside. In a pan heat olive oil, add grated cheese

Add whisked eggs and a tortilla

Flip sides and add spinach and feta cheese. Fold and set aside

Cut and plate. Enjoy 😊
