A quick breakfast yet a healthy one is always desirable. Here is one

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan heat olive oil, add minced garlic and on medium flame stir for 1 min
* Step 2
Add washed spinach and place around the edges, add salt and break a egg in the middle
* Step 3
Add some more salt and black pepper powder, add little water on the sides and cover to poach for 1 min
* Step 4
Set aside and plate, add brown bread toasts on the side and some feta cheese and enjoy 😊
