Sattu Parathe is one ideal breakfast dish. Healthy and filling.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add the wheat flour, salt and water and prepare the dough, knead and set aside
* Step 2
In a separate bowl add sattu flour, chopped green chillies, minced garlic, carrom seeds, salt and oil, mix, add little water to mix, filling is ready
* Step 3
Take a ball from the dough, roll into a bowl shape and add the filling, close from all sides
* Step 4
Roll out the Parathe, make it thin
* Step 5
Heat the tawa and add the Parathe, roast both sides, add oil and fry for 2 mins, flip and fry, set aside
* Step 6
Plate and enjoy with green chillies, raw onion or pickle 😊
