Sattu Poori is very popular as a Breakfast and goes very well with Sada Aloo Chenchki. A fusion cuisine of Bihar & West Bengal

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add Sattu flour, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, mustard oil, ajwain and salt, mix well. Add little water and mix well. Filling is ready
* Step 2
In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and water and make a dough.
* Step 3
Make balls, take one ball, make a small bowl shape and add 1 tsp filling, close from all sides
* Step 4
Roll out into Poori shape.
* Step 5
In a wok heat adequate oil and add a Poori. On medium flame fry and flip sides. Let it turn fluffy and set aside
* Step 6
Serve with Sada Aloo Chenchki
