Egg Fried Rice are pure love for kids and I just love preparing and enjoying too with my kid

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok heat oil and add minced ginger and garlic, spring onion greens and stir for 6-7 seconds.
* Step 2
Add cooked rice and stir well.
* Step 3
Add soya sauce and mix well. Set aside and drizzle sesame oil
* Step 4
In a wok heat oil and break a egg, make a poach and gently place on top of the rice
* Step 5
Serve with chopped spring onion greens and chopped red chilli on the egg and enjoy 😊
