Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak the rice for 30 mins, drain and dry. In a pan add ghee and add the rice and fry for 3-4 mins, add milk and reduce to half on low flame.
* Step 2
Add bay leaf, whole garam masala and keep stirring until rice is cooked.
* Step 3
In a separate pan add water and Gur and dissolve the Gur, making a syrup, set aside
* Step 4
Once the rice is cooked, add the Gur syrup gradually and stir at the same time. The consistency will thicken. Set aside
* Step 5
Serve with garnish of dry fruits and enjoy 😊
