Mooli or Radish in winter time are enjoyed in various ways- Pakode being one of them
Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins. Cooking time-20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the Mooli, peel and grate, add to a bowl. Add salt and set aside for 5 mins, don’t discard water. Add carrom or ajwain seeds. Mix
* Step 2
Add chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well
* Step 3
Add Besan and mix well. Form Pakodes
* Step 4
In a wok heat oil and add the Pakodes. Fry well and set aside, drizzle Chaat Masala
* Step 5
Serve with Green chillies and enjoy 😊
