Gajar Halwa is a wintry dessert but it can be further improvised by making a cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Halwa - in a bowl add grated carrots, castor sugar, mix and set aside for 15 mins
* Step 2
In a bowl sieve APF, salt, cardamom powder, baking soda and mix well. Set aside
* Step 3
In a bowl break a egg, add ghee and whisk smooth, add dry ingredients in batches and keep whisking
* Step 4
Add grated carrot mix with juice and using a spatula using the cut and fold method to mix.
* Step 5
Add Mawa, half of chopped almonds, cashew nuts and fold well
* Step 6
Pre heat the oven to 180 deg C. Prepare a cake tin greasing and greasing the parchment paper, add the batter and tap to let out air. Bake for 50 mins and check doneness, set aside to cool for 15 mins
* Step 7
Drizzle with ghee and once cooled, plays
