Amritsari Aloo stuffed Naan

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Naan - in a bowl add Maida, salt, sugar, butter, baking powder, and Milk and make a soft dough, cover for 15 mins
* Step 2
Sprinkle Maida on the kitchen top and roll the dough to a thick one, smear soft butter and again fold to a dough and roll out again.
* Step 3
Smear butter and fold from both sides
* Step 4
Cut into 4 parts and fold inside and make balls
* Step 5
For Aloo stuffing - in a bowl add boiled potatoes, mash, add chopped coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves, coarsely crushed coriander seeds, Chaat Masala, salt, red chili powder, pomegranate seeds coarsely crushed and mix well
* Step 6
Roll out the balls and place 1 Tbsp of filling and fold from all sides
* Step 7
In a tawa place the Naan, tap with little water, and add chopped coriander leaves, and dried fenugreek leaves. Press with a ladle, add ghee and fry, flip sides
* Step 8
Add ghee and fry well, the center would be well done, press the sides, set aside
* Step 9
Plate with Dahi and enjoy Breakfast
