Tandulachi Bhakri

#NVM Tandulachi Bhakri or Rice Flour Roti is a very unique dish to try with vegetarian and non vegetarian recipes from Konkan area of Maharashtra

Ingredient

Cooking time :

Preparation Time-10 mins, Cooking Time -30 mins
1.5 cups

Rice flour

1.5 cups

water

As per taste

Salt

As Required

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl sieve the flour and set it aside. In a heavy-bottomed wok add water and bring to boil, add salt and little oil, add the Rice flour and once it curdles, set aside.

* Step 2

While it is hot knead with a back of a bowl and then with palm knead to make a soft dough, keep it covered for 15 mins.

Make balls and roll out.

In a Pre heated tawa add the Roti, roast well, and flip sides. Roast and set aside.

* Step 5

Serve with your favourite side dish and enjoy 😊
