Shredded egg avocado toast

#HBR Kids need nutrition for their breakfast which is a meal at start of the day - so I added shredded egg mashed on avocado and applied on sourdough bread slices

Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-25 mins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Toast Sourdough bread slices and set aside

* Step 2

Wash a avocado, extract the seed out and discard the peel, add the avocado into a bowl and with back of fork mash it.

* Step 3

Add minced garlic, lime juice to it and mix well

* Step 4

Boil a egg and discard the peel, shred the egg.

* Step 5

Assembling - on a toasted sourdough slice, smear the avocado mix, add the shredded egg, sprinkle little chilli flakes, salt & pepper

* Step 6

Plate and watch your kid devouring a healthy open end sandwich
