Raita is the best way to beat the heat. Raita’s are yogurt base and one can do vegetable or fruit Raita. I made with Cucumber

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, peel and chop the cucumber fine, mix with salt and marinate for 15 mins, drain and set aside
* Step 2
In a bowl add yoghurt and whisk well, add mustard paste, mustard oil, chopped green chillies, salt and mix well.
* Step 3
Add cucumber and mix well
