Cucumber Raita

#SD3 Raita is the best way to beat the heat. Raita’s are yogurt base and one can do vegetable or fruit Raita. I made with Cucumber

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
1/2 cup

yogurt

1/2 Tbsp

Mustard paste

1/2 tsp

mustard oil

As Per Taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash, peel and chop the cucumber fine, mix with salt and marinate for 15 mins, drain and set aside

* Step 2

In a bowl add yoghurt and whisk well, add mustard paste, mustard oil, chopped green chillies, salt and mix well.

* Step 3

Add cucumber and mix well

* Step 4

Serve and enjoy
