#ws4 An ideal winter dessert and Adrak or Ginger is so good for health. One can enjoy as dessert also

Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-1 hr
20 gms

ginger

1/4 cup

milk

1.5 cups

sugar

2 Tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the ginger and add to a blender. Add little milk and make a fine paste

* Step 2

In a wok heat ghee and add the ginger paste. On medium flame cook till raw aroma leaves. Add milk and keep stirring until well combined

* Step 3

Add sugar and continue further stirring until thick. Set aside and add to a greased tray. Sprinkle cardamom powder.

* Step 4

Cut to burfi shape when hot and then cool completely

* Step 5

Plate & Enjoy
