Party Snacks are so interesting to cook as they are so varied in taste, texture.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan boil water and add macaroni pasta. Cook until done and drain, set aside
* Step 2
In a pan heat butter, add Maida and 2 cups milk. Mix well until well absorbed
* Step 3
Add boiled Macaroni to it and mix well, add salt and pepper
* Step 4
Add grated cheddar cheese in batches and every time after adding, mix well.
* Step 5
In a baking tray place parchment paper and evenly spread the macaroni mix, freeze for 2 hours
* Step 6
Take the mix and flip to pour the set macaroni on a tray.
* Step 7
Cut into 1” wide sliced lengthwise
* Step 8
In three separate bowls add Maida, Beaten egg and Breadcrumbs
* Step 9
Take each macaroni slice, add into the Maida mix, smear well, add to beaten egg and then place it in breadcrumbs, smear well. Complete for all
* Step 10
In a pan heat oil and on medium flame add the Macaroni pieces and fry till golden in colour, set aside
* Step 11
Plate with ketchup and enjoy a delightful party snack
