Chinese Chicken Meatballs in Asian Sauce

Chinese Chicken Meatballs are so juicy and soft when dipped in an Asian Sauce. Best goes with rice. Chinese food is so universal that every country has its own version to make and I love mine

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Meatballs - in a bowl add bread cut into small pieces and add milk, dip into it for 15 mins. After that the bread is good to use
* Step 2
In a bowl add chicken mince, bread dipped in milk, one egg, onion mince, garlic mince, salt and mix well.
* Step 3
Make Balls. In a pan heat oil and fry the balls in batches until golden in colour. Set aside. Don’t overcrowd the pan.
* Step 4
For Asian Sauce - in a bowl add chicken stock, oyster sauce, soya sauce, sriracha sauce, honey. Mix well.
* Step 5
In a pan heat oil, add whole red chillies, minced ginger, minced garlic and stir until raw smell leaves.
* Step 6
Add the sauce and add corn flour to reduce the consistency to your liking.
* Step 7
Add the chicken balls and stir until all well coated. Set aside. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds
* Step 8
Serve with steamed rice, carrot julienned, steamed rice
