Banana Chocolate Rolls

#boxweek13 Banana Chocolate Roll is a classic dessert which is enjoyed by all. To make it interesting for kids it can be French Toasted and kids will love as it’s Chocolate and Banana filling with eggs outside. All goodness for them

Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-45 mins
1/2 cup

walnuts

1/4 cup

butter

1/4 cup

cane sugar

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add melted butter and sugar, on low flame keep stirring to caramelise but just a little bit. Add sliced bananas. Cook on low flame until slightly brown. Set aside

* Step 2

Chop the dark chocolates. Melt on double boiler method. Set aside and add chopped walnuts to it

* Step 3

Take fresh bread slices and cut the edges. Retain the edges for later use.

* Step 4

With a rolling pin roll the bread slices thin. Smear the melted walnut added chocolate to it in great quantities. Add little bananas on one side.

* Step 5

Roll out tight while tucking the inside. Set aside to complete the batches

* Step 6

Take a brush to dip in melted butter and smear on the rolls.

* Step 7

Take a wok and add butter on low heat. Add the rolls and fry 1 min each side to get a golden colour. Set aside

* Step 8

Plate and garnish with red currants
