milk

As needed

Lot of ice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender add yogurt, Rose water, cardamom powder, milk, lot of ice

* Step 2

Run the blender to make a smooth Lassi

* Step 3

Pour onto a serving glass or bowl.

* Step 4

Add cream, garnish with slivered almonds, slivered pistachios, pomegranate seeds and enjoy chilled
