Mango Mousse

#weekmulticolor Mango mania in me and making different dishes everyday with Mango. Can’tget over it and probably will never. So today it’s Eggless Mango Mousse

Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-24hrs
1.5 cups

Mango pulp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and peel the mangoes. Add the pieces to the blender and make a pulp. Set aside

* Step 2

In a bowl add whipping cream and use Electric whisker to get soft peaks

* Step 3

Add Mango pulp and whisk further for few times to get all mixed and blended well.

* Step 4

Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight is best.

* Step 5

Garnish with more whipping cream and add berries of your choice if you like. Enjoy a Eggless Mango Mousse
