I would like to thank Ms.Sneha Kasat for this recipe which I recreated and tweaked with Mango as Mango is in season.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender add mint leaves, green chilies, and mango slices from one mango, blend smooth. If consistency is not smooth then add water.
* Step 2
Add to a bowl. Whisk the yogurt well.
* Step 3
Add the Mango Mint mix into the yogurt and mix very well. Add salt and mix again.
* Step 4
Garnish with chopped small pieces of mango, red chili powder. Enjoy chilled. I enjoyed it with Echor Biryani.
