Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, deseed the Muskmelon and cut into 1” pieces.
* Step 2
Put in a lip lock bag and freeze for 5 hours
* Step 3
Add to the blender and add mint leaves, salt and lime juice and blend coarsely
* Step 4
Add to a glass and plate with mint leaves and lime wedges. Enjoy a cool, healthy Slush
