Cookie Dough Balls

#weekbrown Holi is over but I can always use the extra Thandai Powder I have. So today I made Cookie Dough Balls and added Thandai Powder

Ingredient

Cooking time :

Preparation time-24h15mins Cooking time -15 mins
1 cup

Chickpeas

1/4 cup

honey

Pinch

salt

1/2 cup

Choco Chips

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Chickpeas overnight and strain. Add to the pressure cooker to boil for 6 whistles. Strain and add to the blender

* Step 2

Add to the blender Thandai Powder, Honey and salt and blend smooth.

* Step 3

Add Choco chips to it now and the Choco chips will melt as the chickpeas were hot. I didn’t use double boiler method or put in microwave

* Step 4

Make small balls and plate. Enjoy a healthy cookie dough
