Ingredient

Food ration :

2 peoples

Cooking time :

Preparation Time-10 mins, Cooking time-10 mins
1/2 cup

mint leaves

2 Tbsp

Bulgar

1/4 cup

lime juice

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

1/4 cup

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop onions fine, chop tomatoes fine. Wash Parsley leaves well and chop very fine.

* Step 2

Add chopped parsley to a bowl, chopped mint leaves to it, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, bulgar. Mix

* Step 3

Add All Spice powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and mix well

* Step 4

Add lime juice and mix well. Add olive oil and mix. Tabbouleh is ready

* Step 5

Plate on lettuce leaves and garnish a tomato rose. Enjoy!
