Smoked Chaas or Dhungadi Chaas

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender add yogurt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger chopped, roasted cumin powder, black salt, salt and blend. Add 2 cups water and mix well
* Step 2
For tempering - make green chilli paste. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, chilli paste and stir for few seconds. Add to yogurt mix and mix well. Add this whole mix into a large bowl
* Step 3
Burn the charcoal and place in a small bowl. Add oil, cloves and curry leaves and cover for 5 mins with a silver foil.
* Step 4
Pour into a glass and enjoy
