Sajne Data Moong Dal e / Drumsticks in Moong Dal

Drumsticks are so healthy for one that I love to have drumsticks in my food. Today for lunch I prepared with Moong Dal and enjoyed with steamed rice
Ingredient

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-30 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the drumsticks and cut into 1” size
* Step 2
Roast the Moong Dal in a pan and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Set aside
* Step 3
In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, whole red chilli and bay leaf. Stir for 30 seconds. Add ginger paste, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala. Cook on low flame for 1 min.
* Step 4
Add drumsticks and cook for 2 mins. Add cooked Dal. Mix well. Add salt and sugar.
* Step 5
Add 1 cup water and cover on low flame to let the drumsticks cook.
* Step 6
The Drumsticks in Moong Dal is ready to be enjoyed with steamed rice
