Happy Valentine’s Day Foodies here! Love is in the air and I made Heart Shaped Jelly Cake to celebrate the occasion

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add 1 cup sparkling water, 2 tsp Agar Agar powder and 1 Tbsp maple syrup. Mix well in the room temperature and bring it to heat. Keep stirring so that Agar agar dissolves completely. Set aside and pour on moulds, add some chopped strawberries and blueberries
* Step 2
In another bowl add coconut milk, rest of the Agar agar powder and maple syrup and stir to dissolve the Agar aga. Bring it to heat and on low flame keep stirring to dissolve the agar agar.
* Step 3
Set aside. Ensure the moulds are set after adding the first round. Then add the later half of coconut milk mix. Cool completely in the room temperature. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
* Step 4
De-mould and plate with strawberries and blueberries. Enjoy
