Baby Corn is such a universal ingredient that can be cooked in so many ways. I like best the Chilli one which would be crispy too

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Roast the sesame seeds for few seconds. Set aside.
* Step 3
In a bowl add All-purpose Flour, Corn Flour, paprika, crushed black pepper and salt. Mix well. Add enough water to make a thick batter
* Step 4
Add the baby corns. In a wok heat oil and fry the baby corns until golden and crispy. Set aside
* Step 5
In a wok heat 1.5 Tbsp oil and add garlic. Stir for 1 min. Add chopped ginger, green chillies, tomato ketchup, soya sauce. Mix well
* Step 6
Add cubed capsicums, onions and fried babycorns. Mix well
* Step 7
Add little roasted sesame seeds, few spring onions chopped. Stir well. Add lime juice, salt and crushed black pepper. Stir well and set aside
* Step 8
Plate with rest of roasted sesame seeds, green onions chopped and enjoy
